ABOUT PILATES PT
I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.

I have offered 1-1 in-home private personal training since 2008 and have worked with both men and women with a variety of injuries, conditions, also pre and post natal, sportsmen and women, fitness enthusiasts and individuals looking for a more holistic approach to their workouts.

I offer in-home or online sessions for Matwork pilates, MOTR, Barre, Full body Stretch. Breathwork and Reformer if you have your own at home.

I have worked with over 500 women for pre-natal pilates focussing on pelvic floor strength and overall full body workouts as they move through each trimester.

I have continued post-natal work for diastasis- recti (abdominal separation), pelvic floor strength and maintenance as well as helping develop full body strength post pregnancy.
